This is my second time having surgery at Saudi German Hospital, and I’ve had a really good experience. All the staff are super friendly and professional. I didn’t have to wait long, and everything was done quickly. Dr. Daniel Serralta and Nurse Kathrina are both really caring and always make me feel welcome. They keep checking on how I’m feeling and how the pain is, which I really appreciate.

I want to share my amazing experience at Saudi German Hospital in Al Barsha, Dubai. Honestly, it’s the best hospital I’ve ever been to in my life. The level of luxury and care feels more like a five-star hotel than a hospital. I had a surgery for a broken bone in my leg, performed by Dr. Mazen Daoud. He was extremely professional, highly educated, and truly skilled. The surgery went perfectly, and I’m so thankful for his care. I spent one night in the hospital after the operation. The room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and caring. They looked after me the whole night, making sure I was comfortable and pain-free. I highly recommend Saudi German Hospital Dubai to anyone looking for world-class healthcare. It’s truly the best hospital in the world in my opinion.

Earlier today, I visited with a senior family member who goes there often. The service was great-the staff were very professional and caring. A big thank you to the pharmacist at counter 8! When we had an issue with insurance not covering a medication, they went out of their way to help-calling the insurance company and even reaching out to the doctor to find a solution. They were so kind, patient, and professional the whole time. We really appreciate their hard work and dedication
